How Much Should I Eat?

Everyone processes cannabis differently. The standard advice is to “start low and go slow.” You don’t want to overwhelm yourself with too high of a dose. Most beginners start with a low amount of CBD and/or Delta 8 and increase your consumption slowly. Be consistent and patient until you find your desired dosage.
